Research Interest
As head of the IT-department I am interested in sustainable and efficient IT-infrastructures for medical research as well as various aspects of clinical- and OMICS data management. My scientific focus is on the identification of miRNA-based prognostic or diagnostic biomarkers in inflammatory diseases and related cancers.
