Research Interest

My primary research focus lies in the area of precision medicine, where I work with high-throughput technologies in order to understand disease progression and treatment outcomes for patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). My daily efforts are concentrated on longitudinal cohorts, unraveling disease trajectories by analyzing a patient’s molecular profile throughout the course of treatment. Our overarching objective is to elucidate the mechanisms of tissue healing associated with specific medications and identify common denominators that indicate early disease remission.
