I am the head of the Next-Generation-Sequencing (NGS) Lab. In my daily work, I manage the day-to-day operations in the laboratory with 6 technicians. Besides communicating with vendors of instruments and reagents and instrument management, my main focus is the NGS project management together with internal and external scientists, including project counseling, strategic planning, sample logistics, troubleshooting etc.)
