The CCGA Kiel together with its partners from the NGS-CN (especially the WGGC), the IKMB, and the PMI a workshop 3day on transcriptomic data analysis starting on 25^th October 23. We’ll focus on single cell transcriptomics and spatial transcriptomics for the hands-on part, but will have background lectures for bulk transcriptomics.
