Research Interest

The focus of my PhD is the analysis of complex diseases by integrating shotgun metagenomic data with human genetics. Our goal is integrating theory and practice to further develop and implement mathematical models for gaining insights into the dynamics and interactions of complex systems and to enhance our understanding of the microbiome.
