Research Interest

My daily work as Bioinformatician involves analyzing of biological big data from different sources. Human genomes and transcriptomes together with their microbial equivalents agglomerate most of my daily analyses. But as a member of the Bioinformatics Platform (medBIP) the diversity of tasks are expanding including additional data types and organisms to answer questions relevant to the research community.
