Research Interest

Our aim is to identify genetic and evolutionary markers in human longevity. In our research we predominantly focus on the genetic basis of human aging, with an emphasis on evolutionary aspects. Further interests lie in the functional analysis of our findings, in an effort to translate our research into applicable approaches.
