Research Interest

My focus area is the modeling of peptide-HLA-II interaction using artificial intelligence (AI). In my daily work I am analyzing and curating mass spectrometry-based immunopeptidomics data to train AI model. My aim is to accurately and reliably characterize peptide-HLA-II interactions, especially, in the context of inflammatory bowel disease.
